The only existing Philippine bibliography on maps; out of print for more than 40 years. Chronologic list of charts and maps. The First edition of only 100 copies was published in 1959 by Carmelo and Bauermann, Manila. Nico Israel, Amsterdam, published a second edition in 1963 with a list of errata in which the author revised and clarified a number of facts from the first edition, and added map entries and bibliographies. These corrections and additions were incorporated into the third edition. Several maps were added and rearranged.and some material of the first two editions was excised [Condensed from Editor’s Preface]
