EXTREMELY RARE full page text and view from ‘Grosse Reisen…’;part 9 Appendix Americae, [section XIII]. With ‘Schlacht for Manille’ in image, fol. 88 – 1602. First German edition of the Addendum part 9, to the 9th volume published in 1602. Here in the original first edition with the full page including German text “Schlacht der Holländer …”. Engraved depiction of the first European sea battle in the Philippines, between Antonio de Morga and Admiral van Noort in 1600.
