original-colour photograph postcard. EXTREMELY RARE.

This postcard depicts Calle Rosario in Binondo, Manila, which was the principal business street for Chinese merchants during the Spanish and American colonial periods. The street runs parallel to Anloague, directly in front of Binondo Church. Today, this historic commercial hub is known as Quintin Paredes Street, named in 1950 after the prominent Filipino lawyer and legislator.
