wood engraving from “Westermann’s Jahrbuch der Illustrirten Deutschen Monatshefte”, a German Annual Periodical. This wood engraving was apparently done after Sir John Bowring’s popular travel account “A Visit to the Philippine Islands in 1858-59”.
